Mr. Asadorian co-founded Tameracq Partners,
Inc. in 2001. Prior to founding the firm he spent 14 years
as a First Vice President with Smith Barney in Providence,
RI. As a financial advisor to high net worth individuals and
businesses both domestic and international, Mr. Asadorian
has extensive experience in all the financial markets including
equities (foreign and domestic), fixed income and derivatives
(futures, options and currencies). He was a past president
of the RI Association of Investment Firms, is currently a
member of the Town of East Greenwich Finance Board and is
a former member of the City of Cranston Police and Fire Pension
Investment Committee. Mr. Asadorian has deal making experience
in many different industries, including manufacturing, distribution,
retail, technology and food service. He brings an aggressive
and innovative approach to marketing and selling a business.
Mr. Asadorian is a current member of the Association of Corporate
Growth and a graduate of Western New England College, with
a BS in Finance and Economics.
Dean A. Burdon, CPA

Mr. Burdon co-founded Tameracq Partners,
Inc. in 2001. He co-founded Tameracq after having spent four
years as Owner and President of Eagle Consulting Group, Inc.,
a successful business consulting firm. Mr. Burdon has concentrated
his efforts in the investment banking field with mergers and
acquisitions for privately held companies.
Prior to his experience in investment banking
and business consulting, Mr. Burdon was the Chief Financial
Officer of Buckley Corporation. While at Buckley Corporation,
Mr. Burdon was instrumental in the purchase and sale of home
heating oil companies and the sale of Smith-Holden, Inc.,
a value-added distributor of dental supplies, equipment and
service. Mr. Burdon has been employed as the controller of
an international and domestic household goods moving company
and accounting supervisor of an international toy company.
From 1982-86, Mr. Burdon was with Arthur Young (currently
Ernst and Young), an international certified public accounting
firm.
Mr. Burdon received a BS in Business Administration
from the University of South Florida specializing in Accounting.
He is a member of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public
Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Arthur J. DeBlois

Prior to joining TPI, Mr.DeBlois was the President and CEO of DB
Companies (formerly DeBlois Oil), a $200 million petroleum distributor and convenience
store operator with 170 locations in four states. Under his leadership, DB Companies
more than doubled its size, diversified its revenue stream and began a franchise
program. Mr. DeBlois has led and participated in the acquisition and divestiture of
over 20 companies which included overseeing financial and environmental due diligence
and structuring purchase agreements as well as arranging and negotiating senior and
mezzanine financing.
Prior to joining DB Companies Mr. DeBlois was President of Regal Lite
Corp, a lighting manufacturer. He began his career in commercial lending at Fleet National
Bank.
Mr. DeBlois has extensive knowledge of the private capital markets,
traditional and non- traditional financing alternatives. In addition, he has experience
in wholesale and retail operations.
Mr. DeBlois has served as a member of the board of directors at
several private companies and is currently on the board of AAA Southeastern New England
and Meridian Printing. He is also a Trustee of Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island.
Mr. DeBlois is a 1972 graduate of Boston College and resides in Seekonk, MA.
Peter T.E. Gebhard III

Prior to joining Tameracq, Mr. Gebhard has spent his 30 year career
founding, owning and managing middle market manufacturing companies. He holds six patents
and has been instrumental in bringing developing technologies and products to market.
Mr. Gebhard has intimate knowledge of the regulatory, legal and business issues that
surround technology driven companies in these arenas. Further, in selling his own
businesses, he has developed an expert understanding of both the procedures and the
decision-making processes that accompany these transactions.
Currently, Mr. Gebhard is the majority shareholder and Chairman of a
privately-held company, Impco, Inc., a manufacturer of vacuum resin impregnation sealants
and equipment.
Mr. Gebhard has served on numerous boards and volunteered his services
to civic and business organizations including a term as Chairman of SBANE (The Smaller
Business Association of New England) and Chair of the Providence Public Library.
Additionally, he has taught advanced business courses at local universities and colleges
and has twice been a presenter at the MIT Enterprise Forum. He is currently a Trustee of
the Massachusetts Bay Community College.
Mr. Gebhard graduated from Beloit College in Wisconsin and has an MBA
from Harvard Business School.
